Housing Market Update for September 2017

Vancouver Sales in September were up 25% from last year. Listings are at 9,466.

REBGV August 2017 Market Housing Update

3,043 sales were conducted in August up 22% above last year. 4,245 homes were listed for sale in August down 19% from July.

BCREA Housing Market Update (September 2017)

BC homes sale up 2.4% in August. Listing across the province were down 4.3%. The wild fires may have had an impact on this.
