There are a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood that you can choose from for your dinner. Villa Bella Ristorante, Domenico's, Sushi Town, Subway, Peking, Anducci's and ABC Country are only few to name. Safeway in a short stroll from the complex.The bus stops at your door. The skytrain station is a couple of blocks away. The complex has an easy access to Trans-Canada Hwy1. Since the complex is situated on the North side of E. Hastings, some suites offer nice views toward the south side of Burnaby. Capitol Hill is a very popular area. The Terrace was built in 1986. It has frame-wood construction ad four levels. Pets are not allowed in this complex. Rentals are permitted with some restrictions. Most homes offer vaulted ceilings, laminate floors, in-suite laundry, open floor plans, underground parking, large storage, good size balcony and spacious rooms.
