The amenities: complimentary membership to use the recreation facilities at Sheraton Hotel i.e. exercise centre, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a sauna, a hot tub, a lounge, a 24-hour concierge and secured underground parking. Owners get to use the gym as part of maintenance fee Gym is located on Hotel Lobby level, access is by going outside to courtyard in front of building on Burrard Street (outside entrance) + Gym recently installed special access cards that owners need to get.
