Bodega Studios is a heritage building that was built in 1889 as a warehouse. It was converted to a residential building in 1992 and offers 8 live/work loft homes and 4 commercial units. Bodega Studios is one of Vancouver's most unique residential/business developments. Architecturally designed by Acton Osprey Architects, Bodega Studios is one of the oldest brick structure in Vancouver. This building feature includes over-height ceilings (about 12 feet), exposed brick walls, gas fireplaces, a storage and hardwood floors.
