1000 Beach Marina - 1000 Beach Avenue is Located behind 1000 Beach complex (under Burrard Street Bridge at Beach & Burrard). 

Beach Avenue Marina Ltd. Owns 21 parking stalls at 1000 Beach Entrance is via the east & west parkade, stalls are scattered thru-out the parkade see marina map for exact locations. 

There are different categories of parking. All stalls are color coded for easy identification. Beige is Residential Parking only. Red is commercial parking and is reserved 24 hours per day. Blue is theMarinaparking Big squares painted on the walls. Park in the designated stalls, otherwise you will be towed. 

Out of the 21Marinastalls ten are leased out to 1000 Beach Strata Corporation VR2613 in trade for the use of the storage area that theMarinauses for maintenance equipment. This storage area is not accessible to the Marina Slip owners. Access is for designated individuals only including Giusseppi Gattellaro - the on site caretaker and security person. He can only be reached through Sandy Brittany theMarinabookkeeper during the daytime hours. The other eleven stalls are for the exclusive use of the Marina Slip Owners on a first come, first serve basis and are also scattered throughout the parkade. You must obtain a pass from Sandy Brittany. 

The Marina also owns one commercial strata lot #15 - 988 Beach which is 376 s/f, and is rented out at $400/mo (triple net). 

The Marina does not have a manager but has an accountant. Louis PiccoC.A.and a bookkeeper Akemi. Their office is located at #105 1008 Beach Ave, Vancouver, BC, Canada, V6E 1T7. Contact numbers are; 604-669-1118 (o) 604-688-9636 (f) 

The Marina has a Lease with the BC Government for 25 years from 1987 2012. The original amount of the pre paid Lease was $150,000. The Lease has been renewed for a further 25 years at market rates for un-improved property.  Please call marina president & chairperson Ian Falconer 604-682-1167 for more info.  Based on past similar situations, the leases were renewed.  Notice of the renewal has to be given by the Marina to the BC Government one year before the expiration of the Lease. 

The marina is regularly patrolled by Giusseppi.
