The complex just steps from South Delta Recreation Centre, new IB private school, daycare, transit, beaches, trails and dykes. Five-minute drive to Tsawwassen Town Centre Mall, Library, and Beach Grove Golf Club. Beach Grove Elementary, South Park Elementary and South Delta Secondary schools are close to the complex. There are a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood such as Browns Socialhouse, Kon Thai, Dairy Queen, Domino's Pizza, White Sport, Mario's Kitchen. The bus stops are minutes away and they can take you to Canada Line. The Pillars was built in 1997. The building has a wood exterior finish and wood roofing. There are no age restriction in this complex. Two pets are allowed. Rentals are permitted.  This complex offers an amenity suite for your out of town guests, secure undeground parking, gas fireplace and in-suite laundry.
