The restaurants in the neighbourhood are Mona Pizza, Red Robin, Shinobi Japanese, China Kitchen, Soprano's Pizza, King's Kitchen and Marina's Gelato. The bus stops near the complex and Port Haney Station is within a short drive away. The residents of Canuck Plaza have easy access to Lougheed Hwy and Golden Ears Bridge. The Canuck Plaza was built in 1972 with a frame-wood construction and stucco exterior finishing. There are 41 units in development and in strata. This is an adult-oriented community with an age restriction of 19 years old. The Canuck Plaza features wheelchair access, shared laundry, storage lockers and secure underground parking. Most homes offer crown moldings, spacious rooms, laminate floors, open living/dining areas and balconies. Some homes feature stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and newer bathrooms.
