King's Crest is walking distance to Slocan Park and Renfrew Ravine Park, John Norquay Elementary, Windermere Community Secondary, Duke Childcare Centre, Fountain Tire and Norquay Park with its great playground, General Brock Park and Gladstone Secondary. The restaurants in the neighbourhood are Church's Chicken, Au Wing Kee, SD Pizza, KFC, Cantonese Cuisine and more. Nanaimo Skytrain station is a couple of blocks away. The bus stops near the complex. The complex has an easy access to Trans-Canada Hwy1. Metrotown is about 5-minute drive and Downtown Vancouver is 20-minute drive from this complex. King's Crest was built in 1996.
