You can walk to transit, shopping, restaurants, banks, Safeway, Starbucks, medical & dental clinics, the pharmacy. There is a sports field 2 minutes away and only a 15 minute walk to dyke and Centennial beach.  Walking distance to Golf Club, Bowling Club, South Delta Recreation Centre and Tsawwassen Skatepark. Beach Grove Elementary, South Park Elementary and South Delta Secondary schools are in close to the complex. There are a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood such as Browns Socialhouse, Kon Thai, Dairy Queen, Domino's Pizza, White Sport, Mario's Kitchen. The bus stops are minutes away and they can take you to Canada Line. The Sandollas was built in 1996 by Carl Jensen. There are 13 units in strata and in development. Pets are not allowed. Rentals are not permitted. The complex offers wheelchair access, in-suite laundry and the storage. Most homes have patio.
