Boundary View - 3740 Albert Street, Burnaby, BC V5C 2C6, NWS2099 - located in Vancouver Heights area of Burnaby North, near the crossroads Albert Street and Boundary Road. Boundary View is steps from Heights Fountain Square, Sir John Franklin Community, Burnaby Chiropractor, Heart Centre Yoga, Pharmasafe, Smart Driving School, Glenburn Grocery and Adanac Park. Playland Amusement Park, Hastings Skatepark, Hastings Community Centre, Dr.Ar Lord Elementary school, Hastings Community Elementary and London Drugs are close to the complex. DANUBE, Baci, Greek Taverna, The Pear Tree, Caffe Artigiano are the restaurants in the neighbourhood. This complex is situated on the Vancouver/Burnaby border, quick access to downtown Vancouver and the North Shore is possible. The bus stops are steps from the complex. Boundary View at 3740 Albert Street is one of two Boundary View towers built by Bosa. The other is at 3760 Albert Street. The Boundary View towers are two of only a few concrete condos north of Hastings Street. It was built in 1982. There are 98 units in development and 214 in strata. Pets are not allowed. Rentals are not permitted. The amenities are underground parking, garden, shared laundry, storage and elevator. Most homes offer laminated floors, great layout, large balcony and spacious rooms. A lot of suites have been renovated and offer walk-in closets, private patio, designer colours, new appliances, new kitchen and bathroom. Large balconies and unobstructed views are some of the strong attractions for both buildings of Boundary View. Boundary View is a very well looked after building with new plumbing in 2006, new roof in 2007, re-piping 2007, balconies 2008, balcony dividers 2009, exterior painting 2009.
