Built in circa 1904, Brewery Creek building once formed part of the Deering and Marstrand brewery complex, later becoming Fells Candy Factory, as well as a meat and dairy factory just to name a few. It is one of the few surviving buildings from the early days of Mt. Pleasant when the waters from brewery creek used to run through the area. This building was redeveloped by the Kasian Kennedy architects in 1993 which now includes 14 townhouses. Brewery Creek building definitely exudes tons of character with at least 9ft vaulted ceilings, exposed feature brick wall and a large loft area.
