The closest schools are Kanaka Creek Elementary, Eric Langon Elementary, St. Patrick's School, Harry Hooge Eelementary. Alexander Robinson Elementary, Aloutte Elementary and Maple Ridge Secondary. The bus stops near the complex and West Coast Express Station is less than 5-minute drive away. The Bakerview Terrace was built in 1994 with a frame-wood construction and vinyl exterior finishing. There are 36 units in development and in strata. This complex offers a playground and in-suite laundry. Most homes feature open floor plans, crown moldings, spacious rooms, large windows, gas fireplaces, balconies, patios, private fenced backyards and single garages. The new roof was installed in 2010. he British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA) reports that a total of 5,707 residential unit sales were recorded by the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) in March, a decline of 23 per cent from the same month last year.
