Sardis Elementary School, Evans Elemenatry School and Sardis Secondary School are in the neighbourhood. There are some restaurants close to the complex where you can enjoy your dinner. You can chose between Bay Leaf, Sushi Nabi, Cakes on Demand, Vedder Sushi, Ginko Chinese Food, C-Lovers Fish and Chips etc. Arlington Estates has easy access to Trans-Canada Hwy1. This 3 level, 14 townhouse complex was built in 2007.
