The location of Cameron Tower is extremely convenient. Just right across the street from Walmart, and Lougheed Town Centre and right next to many other shops and services. Burnaby Mountain Secondary, Bell Park, Cameron Park, Cameron Recreation Complex, Fitness 2000, Burnaby Cariboo RV Park, London Drugs, Coquitlam College and Simon Fraser University are close to the complex. Vannian Cafe, Edgwood Place, Bookside Court, Yan's Garden Chinese, Insadong Korean, White Spot, Sushi 2 Go, Sushi California are a few restaurants in the neighbourhood to chose from for a family dinner. The buses run right outside the complex. Lougheed SkyTrain Station is a 5-minute walk away, allowing quick and easy access to all parts of the Lower Mainland. The complex has an easy access to Trans-Canada Hwy1. The Cameron Tower was built in 1982. It is a concrete construction of 21 levels. Cameron Tower at 9595 Erickson Drive is one of two towers located on Erickson Drive. Pets are not allowed in Cameron Tower. Rentals are permitted. The features are gym, sauna, lounge, shared laundry, secured underground parking, locker, fully landscaped garden, indoor pool and spacious living and dining rooms. A lot of units had been renovated and feature crown moulding, stainless steel appliances, laminate hardwood floors, granite countertops and designer colours. Building is well maintained and has been re-piped on 2001.
