One Wall Centre is walking distance to everything that you need. The shopping at Robson Street, UBC Robson Square, Starbucks Coffee, Waves Coffee, Court Services, Blenz Coffee, Contemporary Art Gallery, University of British Columbia, Chapters, Nelson Park, Canadian College of English Language, Seawall, Scotiabank Theatre, Vancouver Art Gallery, London Drugs, Yaletown, Gastown, False Creek, Stanley Park, Royal Bank of Canada, Marketplace IGA, BC Place, Rogers Arena, Orpheum Theatre, David Lam Park, Queen Elizabeth Theatre, the waterfront and Granville Island. This building offers a concierge/doorman in private residential lobby, a private chauffeur on call, a membership in the Wall Centre Garden Fitness Centre, a private jet service, 30% off Hotel Rack Rate for One Wall owners guests, 30% off food from Hotel restaurants and room services, but there is a $5 delivery fee. The amenities: complimentary membership to use the recreation facilities at Sheraton Hotel i.e. exercise centre, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a sauna, a hot tub, a lounge, a 24-hour concierge and secured underground parking. Owners get to use the gym as part of maintenance fee Gym is located on Hotel Lobby level, access is by going outside to courtyard in front of building on Burrard Street (outside entrance) + Gym recently installed special access cards that owners need to get.

1 Strata age restriction bylaws - BCREA Legally Speaking

When providing any accommodation, service or facility customarily available to the public, the provincial Human Rights Code normally prohibits one person from discriminating against another because of the other person's age or family status, unless there is a bona fide, reasonable justification.1 But, the Strata Property Act specifically permits a strata corporation to pass an age restriction bylaw.2 A strata corporation may enforce its age restriction bylaw against any resident, regardless whether he or she is an owner or a tenant. If a strata corporation passes a new bylaw restricting the age of persons who may reside in a strata lot, that bylaw, once registered at the Land Title Office, will not apply to any person residing there when the bylaw was passed and who continues to reside there.
