Imperial Tower is just two blocks walk to Sheraton Wall Centre and St. Paul's Hospital on Burrard, and a few blocks away from major shopping and entertainment along Robson and Burrard such as Scotia Theatre and Market Place IGA. At the other direction, Yaletown restaurants and clubs are just 4 blocks away. The Imperial Tower condos are about 5 minutes walk from several major transit hubs and 8 minutes to Yaletown sky train station. The Granville entertainment district is very close as is all the shopping on Robson Street and Davie Street. The Imperial Tower was built in 1995 with a concrete construction and concrete exterior finishing. There are 129 units in development and in strata.
