Drawing inspiration from days gone by, The Pier is destined to be a vibrant corner of this unique urban enclave. The development will include a mix of residential and commercial suites, and be surrounded by a rich variety of recreational and community amenities, as well as public open spaces.

A unique waterfront development on the South shore of the Fraser River in the London Landing neighbourhood. The development proposal includes a partnership with the City of Richmond to develop a mixed use facility consisting of a large "public market" style amenity space, in conjunction with a restaurant, retail shops, artist live/work studios, pedestrian mews and 76 waterfront homes and a new park and dyke trail all in a unique waterfront setting.

The project is scheduled for completion in 2015.
