It was the first heritage loft conversion of its kind in Crosstown  Vancouver that was done by Henderson Developments who have done a number of developments throughout the Crosstown Vancouver area. 5 Metro Vancouver land deals claim a greater share of investment sales in Q2

According to the latest figures from Altus Group, residential and non-residential land sales accounted for 56.2 per cent of the $1.6 billion in deals done in the three months ended in June.
