Key West is walking distance to school, shopping and transportation, minutes drive to Vancouver and Airport. West Richmond Pitch and Putt, Countryside recreation centre, Richmond Christian school, St Joseph the Worker school, Domino's pizza, Lulu Family Centre, Deifenbaker Elementary, McKinney Elementary, Steveston London Secondary, London Park are in the neighbourhood. The bus stops near the complex and Brighouse Station Southbound Skytrain Station is about 10-minutes drive away. This development has an easy access to Westminster Hwy and Vancouver-Blaine Hwy99. Key West was built in 1988 with a frame-wood construction and vinyl exterior finishing. This two-level building has full rain screen. This is a beautifully landscaped, quiet and well-maintained 15-unit self managed complex. It was completely rain-screened in 2001. The roof was changed in 2005. Most homes offer fenced private backyards, large living room and lots of closets for storage and good size bedrooms.
