Complex features good sized balcony, extra large master bedroom, one parking stall, storage, walk-in closet, extra locker, elevator, shared laundry on each floor and lush gardens. Douglas View at 4941 Lougheed Highway is actually not accessible directly from Lougheed. Located about half a block north of Lougheed, this building is one of two Douglas View buildings and one of three similar looking buildings. It is a well maintained building with updated roofing, plumbing and landscaping in 2008. There is also a low maintenance fee in this complex which includes heat and hot water.
