Douglas view Apartments - 4941 Lougheed Hwy, Burnaby, BC V5B 4V7, Canada, NWS1188. it was built in 1979 and has 107 units in Strata. Located in the convenient Brentwood Park area, public transit and shopping are all close by. It is a quiet location set in a private cul-de-sac yet only a 10 minute walk to Brentwood Mall, bowling and Skytrain. Complex features good sized balcony, extra large master bedroom, one parking stall, storage, walk-in closet, extra locker, elevator, shared laundry on each floor and lush gardens. Douglas View at 4941 Lougheed Highway is actually not accessible directly from Lougheed. Located about half a block north of Lougheed, this building is one of two Douglas View buildings and one of three similar looking buildings. It is a well maintained building with updated roofing, plumbing and landscaping in 2008. There is also a low maintenance fee in this complex which includes heat and hot water.
