The restaurants in the neighbourhood are Church's Chicken, Au Wing Kee, SD Pizza, KFC, Cantonese Cuisine and more. Nanaimo Skytrain station is a couple of blocks away. The bus stops near the complex. The complex has an easy access to Trans-Canada Hwy1. Metrotown is about 5-minute drive and Downtown Vancouver is 20-minute drive from this complex. King's Crest was built in 1996. 1 CMHC previous prediction about home price is no longer applies despite of pandemic

Sherry Cooper, chief economist at Dominion Lending Centres, also called the CMHC predictions “overly pessimistic” considering that Canada’s average home price went up by 1.5% in August.
