Bayshore Gardens is only steps to Waterfront, Marina Square, Devonian Harbour Park and a lot of restaurants. This complex is situated close to the Business District and the Bayshore Hotel. The Vancouver College of Art and Design, British Consulate General, Komi Sushi Japanese, United States Consulate, Portal Park, Shoppers Drug Mart, Starbucks Coffee, Mixx Fitness Studio, The Salon Beauty Bar, Fitness World Fitness Centres Express, Tim Hortons, Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre, London Drugs, Cactus Club Cafe, Ashton College and Canada Place are walking distance from the complex. The bus stops near the complex, Burrad Skytrain Station and Burrard Skytrain Station and Waterfront Skytrain Station are about 20-minute walk away. 3 Guidelines on what to expect as a Real Estate regulator

This change is a result of a key recommendation from the Expert Panel on Money Laundering report released in May 2019 and - according to BCFSA - is intended to centralize expertise and provide strengthened consumer protection through a modern, effective, and efficient regulatory framework.

4 Industrial vacancy rate had plunged to a record low 0.7 percent in the mid of 2021

Concerns are mounting that the region is in danger of running out of industrial land all together.
