Bayshore Tower 4 - 1717 Bayshore Drive, Vanccouver, BC V6G 3H3, stara plan LMS4025 - located in Coal Harbour area of Vancouver West, near the crossroads Bayshore Drive and Denman Street. Bayshore Gardens is only steps to Waterfront, Marina Square, Devonian Harbour Park and a lot of restaurants. This complex is situated close to the Business District and the Shangri-La Hotel/condo that has an Urban Fare supermarket. English Bay, Harbour Green Park, Harbour Community Centre, The Vancouver College of Art and Design, British Consulate General, Komi Sushi Japanese, United States Consulate, Portal Park, Shoppers Drug Mart, Starbucks Coffee, Mixx Fitness Studio, The Salon Beauty Bar, Fitness World Fitness Centres Express, Tim Hortons, Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre, London Drugs, Cactus Club Cafe, Ashton College and Canada Place are walking distance from the complex. The bus stops near the complex, Burrad Skytrain Station and Burrard Skytrain Station and Waterfront Skytrain Station are about 20-minute walk away. Bayshore Gardens consists of six luxury towers that is now the only waterfront residential resort. 1710 and 1790 Bayshore Drive were the first two towers to begin the neighbourhood continuing with 1717 and 1777 Bayshore Drive on the waterfront, followed by towers at 1680 and 1650 Bayshore Drive. The last tower at 1616 Bayshore Drive was completed in 2006. Now 400 suites are part of the Bayshore Drive complex. Bayshore Gardens at 1717 Bayshore Drive is the fourth tower that was quality built by Blue Tree Management Limited Company in 2000. This 16-level building has a concrete construction and concrete exterior finishing. There are 99 units in development and in strata. This building features floorplans from 1300 sqft to 4500 sqft and shares a concierge and facilities with 1777 Bayshore Drive. The features are central air-conditioning, a bike room, an exercise centre, in-suite laundry, a sauna, a storage and secure underground parking.
