REBGV reports that residential home sales in the region totaled 3,727 in February 2021, a 73.3 percent increase from the 2,150 sales recorded in February 2020, and a 56 percent increase from the 2,389 homes sold in January 2021. The Home Price Index compo

For all property types, the sales-to-active listings ratio for January 2021 is 28.8 per cent. By property type, the ratio is 26.3 per cent for detached homes, 37.6 per cent for townhomes, and 27.8 per cent for apartments.

December 2020 Market Insights

The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) reports that residential home sales in the region totaled 30,944 in 2020, a 22.1 percent increase from the 25,351 sales recorded in 2019, and a 25.7 percent increase from the 24,619 homes sold in 2018.
