There are also banks, medical and dental clinics and the pharmacy close to the complex. Walking distance to Golf Club, Bowling Club, South Delta Recreation Centre and Tsawwassen Skatepark. Beach Grove Elementary, South Park Elementary and South Delta Secondary schools are close to the complex. There are a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood such as Browns Socialhouse, Kon Thai, Dairy Queen, Domino's Pizza, White Sport, Mario's Kitchen. The bus stops are minutes away and they can take you to Canada Line. The Classic was built in 1984. This is established, solid, prestigious concrete and brick building noted for its impressive entrance, courtyard, wide hallways and generous room sizes. There are 72 units in development and in strata. There are no age restrictions at this complex. Two pets are allowed with restrictions. Small dogs only that have to be carried in.. Rentals are permitted, but no AirBNB. The common areas include a wonderful workshop, recreation room with dance floor, fitness centre, sauna and jacuzzi spa, courtyard gardens, and a beautiful hotel-like lobby to greet your guests. The homes have great views of Beach Grove Golf Course, North Shore Mountains, and Mt Baker. Most homes offer spacious rooms, open floorplans, laminate floors and crown mouldings. The ground floor units have patios. Some units offer hardwood floors and walk-in closets.

4 Teranet-National Bank data report that housing market will slowdown

Teranet addressed the optimism shown in other reporting data. The organization remained cautious, however, about the state of Canada’s housing market. 

“According to CREA, overall Canadian home sales returned to a more normal level, and this should be soon reflected in land registries,” the release reads. “But question marks still lie ahead. We expect the Canadian unemployment rate to remain elevated for a while. In this context, demand for housing may decrease due to a reduction in immigration and would-be first-time homebuyers not being able to qualify for a mortgage loan.”

5 The road to a full recovery, defined as economic activity reaching its pre-COVID-19 level, B.C

British Columbia is poised to weather the economic uncertainty of the COVID-19 better than all other provinces, according to a new report from Deloitte Canada.

“The B.C. economy will be the outperformer, posting the mildest downturn and returning to pre-COVID levels the quickest,” Deloitte Canada chief economist Craig Alexander wrote in a June 25 outlook.
