The bus stops are minutes away and they can take you to Canada Line. The Pacific Ridge was built in 1999 by Peter Scholz. It has frame-wood construction and three levels. It is a self managed building with a brick exterior and wood roof. Pets are not allowed. Rentals are permitted. Most homes feature in-suite laundry, private balcony, storage locker, open floor plan, gas fireplace and radiant heat.

Toronto’s real estate market is heating up, with July setting a new year-on-year sales record.

Figures released by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) revealed that the Greater Toronto Area saw 11,081 sales in July 2020 – a 29.5% increase over the same period in 2019 and a new record for the month of July. 3 Despite of Covid-19 22.3% increase of home sales compare same month last year

Instead, the latest data from theReal Estate Board of Greater Vancouver(REBGV) show 3,128 homes were sold in July, a 22.3 per cent increase from the 2,557 sold during the same month last year. Sales were 28 per cent higher than last month, when 2,443 homes changed hands.
