Raquetball 3rd floor - grey door unmarked difficult to find for new person, Jacuzzi and Sauna 4th floor. 35% of units can be rented, Associa (Lucian the property manager) manages the rentals and restrictions, according to Nick, there are 5-7 people on wait list, no Airbnb 

Close to Anchor Point Montessori School, Lions Gate Montessori School, Pattison High School, Lord Roberts School Annex, Little Beach YMCA Daycare Centre, BMO Bank of Montreal, TD Canada Trust, RBC Rowyal Bank, Nelson Park, May & Lorne Brown Park. Sunset Beach Park. Crossroads are Pacific Street and Burrard Street. Maintenance fees include caretaker, grbage pickup, gardening, hot water, management and recreation facility.
