Maintenance fee includes caretaker, garbage pickup, gardening, hotwater, recreation facility and management. This tower and her sister tower were built by Bosa. 1065 Quayside Drive and 1045 Quayside Drive share the amenities, however do NOT have the same strata. 1045 Quayside Drive has large balconies, gas fireplaces, large open floor plans and spectacular views. Some of the amenities include recreational centre, indoor pool and exercise centre. 1045 Quayside Drive was re-piped in 2007.
